For more than 40 years, we’ve provided reliable commercial cleaning services in Latrobe, Greensburg, Murrysville, and the rest of Westmoreland County.
We're employee-owned, headquartered in Latrobe, and we’ve spent decades building a cleaning company that does the work right and treats its people well. Below is who we are, why we're built the way we are, and what that means for your facility.
Our Story
Rolling Hills Industries was founded in Latrobe in 1986 — a local company started by people who lived in Westmoreland County and wanted to build something durable.
Almost forty years later, we're still in Latrobe and still cleaning many of the same kinds of facilities we cleaned in the 80s.
In 2022, Rolling Hills became employee-owned. The people doing the work — the supervisors, the crews, the quality inspection team, the office staff — are now the company's owners.
That's not a marketing line. It's an operational fact, and it changes how the work gets done.
